TapanAm has been the Prime Engineering Consultant for the "on-call contract.
Selected Task Orders Completed Include: Frank Carlson Building. Topeka, KS. Energy Management & Lighting Control System Design. TAI has completed over 50 task orders from 2005 to date.

Work Order #1: Renovation Design at U.S. Courthouse, Wichita, KS. Lighting, power, electric lock, security camera & key-pad entry system design. Cost: $400K.
Work Order #2: 18 nos. Restroom Renovation, Bannister Federal Complex. Related Electrical Design. Cost: $1.6M.

Study and recommendation to improve ventilation and stack effect on the U.S. Marshals prisoner holding cells.

Bartle Hall Expansion and Renovation      

TapanAm’s role as a consultant to HNTB for the Bartle Convention Center Complex improvements included the responsibility to provide structural design and construction phase services for the interior renovation of the 180,000 sq. ft. convention and meeting space within the existing convention center. This work included the structural design of supports for large (2 to 4 tons each) moveable partitions and fixed walls.

TapanAm’s engineers demonstrated the ability to provide innovative solutions for the support moveable partitions, fixed walls, soffits and rigging anchorages where support framing was difficult due to existing construction.
