TapanAm
served as the Multi-Discipline Design Team with PRIME Contractor
CPMI. TapanAm’s
team provided the design QA/QC and verified code compliance during
construction. Responsible for review and providing engineering
support for all electrical project management work on site for
the GSA. The tasks include: Design Review, Construction
Cost Review and Construction Inspection Services. The IRS
Building complex includes: 476,000 sq. ft., site-adapted renovated
space at the old post office building and 6004 sq. ft. of new
construction. Total construction completed
May of 2007 and Total Project cost $370 million.
